Your returned products will be refunded as soon as we have received and inspected your return.
You can expect up to 10 business days of processing your return after receiving it at our warehouse.
We recommend that you choose a delivery type for your return that includes tracking, as Design Letters isn't responsible for the return before it arrives at our warehouse.
All returns will be inspected by quality control at our warehouse. The condition of all returned products must be unused and resellable.
You will receive an e-mail when the refund is completed. It takes 2-5 bank days before the refund will appear on your account.
The amount will be refunded on the credit card used for the purchase.
Please note that the order can't be returned to a parcel shop nearby, it has to be returned directly to this address. Design Letters will not be able to pick up your returned parcel in a parcel shop.
