A few times we have a case where you have ordered a product, and it turns out that it isn't in stock.
We are so sorry about this as we know that you have been looking forward to receiving your full order.
We will of course contact you by mail, so you know about the missing product before receiving your order. In this mail, we will also inform you when we are expecting the product to be available again.
If you wish to cancel your order, because of the missing product you can avoid picking it up at the parcel shop or reject it during delivery. Then your order will be automatically returned to our warehouse, and we will refund you when we receive it.
