The voucher can be added to the shopping cart before you proceed to check out. A voucher can't be added after the order is confirmed and paid.
Please note that you can't use two different vouchers for one order.
If the voucher doesn't work, please read the terms of the voucher in the mail you have received, it might be that:
- The voucher is only valid for certain products, people, or countries
- The voucher has an expiration date
- The voucher doesn't include free shipping
- The voucher has already been used
