When your order is processed and shipped from our warehouse, a new mail with a ”Track & Trace” link will be sent, from where you can follow your parcel. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the link to become active.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days after the shipment confirmation, we recommend that you contact our customer service.
If you don't have a tracking link in your inbox, please check your junk mail. If it isn't there either, then get in touch with our Customer Service team by clicking on the Help button in the right corner, click on Get in touch then Leave a message, and choose your subject. Our Customer Service team will return to your request by e-mail.
