Once your order is processed and shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a "Track & Trace" link. This link allows you to track your parcel. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the link to become active.
If you haven't received your order within 10 days of receiving the shipment confirmation, please contact our customer service.
If you don't see the tracking link in your inbox, be sure to check your junk or spam folder.
If it isn't there either, then get in touch with our Customer Service team by clicking on the Help button in the left corner, click on Get in touch then Leave a message, and choose Delivery & Tracking. Our Customer Service team will return to your request by e-mail.
