All returns will be inspected by quality control at our warehouse. The condition of all returned products must be unused and resellable. If the returned products don't pass the quality control we will contact you by mail.
We recommend you to have a tracking number of your return parcel as your guarantee towards the forwarder of the parcel. Once the return is received in our warehouse it can take up to 10 working days for our warehouse to register the return.
You will receive an e-mail when the refund is completed. It takes 2-5 bank days before the refund will appear on your account.
The amount will be refunded on the credit card used for the purchase.
Please note the following:
- Shipping costs won't be refunded
- Broken or used products won't be refunded
- If you have used a promo code, we will only refund the actually paid costs for the returned product
