No, unfortunately not.
We can't offer the same services in our brand shops and at our webshop. That means
- Store Credit or Giftcards from our brand stores, can only be used in our brand stores, and not on the Webshop
- Vouchers from our webshop, can't be used in the brand stores
- You can't return a webshop order in our brand stores
You will have to follow the return procedure for webshop orders.
You can return your order within 14 days after receiving your order.
If you want to return one or more products purchased on www.designletters.com fill out the return form with order number information, contact information, and information about the products.
Wrap the products in the original packaging to avoid transportation damage.
If you are returning jewelry it is important to include the original small plastic bag, with the barcode on.
Free return labels aren't provided. All costs related to the return are for the customer to cover.
We recommend that you choose a delivery type for your return that includes tracking, as Design Letters isn't responsible for the return before it arrives at our warehouse.
Fill out the return form, tear it from the address label and place the return form in the box.
Put the address label on the outside of the box.
Note: Returns are not free of charge. The label is only an address label.

Please note that the order can't be returned to a parcel shop nearby, it has to be returned directly to this address. Design Letters will not be able to pick up your returned parcel in a parcel shop.
When the return arrives at our warehouse
All returns will be inspected by quality control at our warehouse. The condition of all returned products must be unused and resellable.
You will receive an e-mail when the refund is completed. The amount will be refunded on the credit card used for the purchase.
